Class 10 Board Examination is conducted for CBSE affiliated schools in India and abroad. There are average 15 lakh students sit in class 10 examination conducted by CBSE, New Delhi. After an introduction of CCE system, CBSE started conducted only SA-2 examination for class 10 and it is made purely optional. Now students can opt either school based home examination of board based external examination. The certification for both the scheme is given by CBSE itself.

Class 12 Board Examination is conducted for students studying in CBSE affiliated schools. Around ten lakh students appear in class 12 board examination every year. Each student have to appear in minimum five subjects and passing certification is issued to those who manage to get 33% or more in each subject. CBSE class 12 exam is conducted in March and result is declared in May every year.

CBSE 12 Result Last Year Statistics:

In 2016, the CBSE Class 12 Result was declared on 21st May in which the fate of 10,65,179 students was announced. Of the total number of students, 83.05% managed to emerge victorious clearing the exam with flying colors. Delhi girl Sukriti Gupta topped the CBSE Result with 99.44%. Thiruvananthapuram region Kerala emerged as the highest performing region with success ratio of 97.61%.

As per reported by board council of CBSE, there were around 27 lakhs of candidates registered for the Central Board examination for the academic year 2016-2017.

In details, for this year 63% registered are boys and 37% are girls. In the previous year, the number of girls registered for the qualifying examination will be higher than boys. However, this year CBSE Result 2017 going to be some interesting one due to this change in registration happened.

CBSE of New Delhi has been reported with the maximum number of students registration while comparing with other states. Most of the other states were holding with SSC Education, SSLC Education, and HSE Educations for their students.

For 10th They Provide Grade Points

The grades are provided as below:
1. A1 –> for 91 to 100 marks ( grade point is 10)
2. A2 –> for 81 to 90 marks ( grade point is 9)
3. B1 –> for 71 to 80 marks ( grade point is 8 )
4. B2 –> for 61 to 70 marks ( grade point is 7)
5. C1 –> for 51 to 60 marks ( grade point is 6)
6. C2 –> for 41 to 50 marks ( grade point is 5)
7. D –> for 33 to 40 marks ( grade point is 4)
8. E1 –> for 21 to 32 marks ( no grade point)
9. E2 –> for 00 to 20 marks ( no grade point)

The Central Board of Secondary Education is an educational board for public and private schools under the Union Government of India which was formed on November 03, 1962 and it is situated in New Delhi, India. Its parent organization is Ministry of Human Resource Development. It gives affiliation to the school around the India and decides its syllabus and also CBSE conducts the exam each year and reveals the results on the basis of the marks obtained by students and provides those certificates.
